ABOUT TINA WIRTH

I have been working in the Economic Development and Nonprofit sectors for (eek!) 25 years. Most recently, I was SVP of Talent Advancement at the Charleston Metro Chamber, supporting regional alignment between education and industry through research and partnerships. Prior to that, I was Vice President of Education + Workforce Development for the JAXUSA Partnership, a division of the Jacksonville Chamber focused upon business attraction, growth and sustainability. Other employment posts include Duval County Public Schools, the City of Jacksonville and Junior Achievement. I am a proud past chair of JASMYN.

My consulting clients have included The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida, READ USA, United Way of Northeast Florida, Duval County Public Schools, CareerSource NEFL, JASMYN and several local initiatives based upon K-12 education, literacy, workforce development, economic mobility, racial equity and social justice. I hold my bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of North Florida, Interim Executive Academy accreditation from Third Sector and I recently earned a certificate in Chat GPT Prompt Engineering from Vanderbilt University. 

 
My wife Carrie and I live with our two pups Toby and Moxie and enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. We are deeply passionate about racial equity, social justice and the rights, care and safety of the LGBTQ community.
